Fish oil is a source of omega-3 fatty acids, especially EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexanoic acid). When taken in amounts of at least 250 mg daily, EPA and DHA help maintain normal heart function. In addition, at 250 mg daily, DHA stimulates mental performance and improves vision.
The omega-3 fatty acids naturally found in fish oils generally exist in the triglyceride form.
REISHI Ganoderma lucidum
